QUAD COUNTY ATV CLUB MEETING MINUTES
Quad County ATV Club, Inc minutes from meeting held June 13, 2008 at the ATV property.
Roll call: All the board members were present.
Secretaries report was read and approved.
Treasures report was given and approved.
A motion was made to approve the bills to be paid, motion seconded.
Web site needs updating (? see below)
Campground report was given and everything is okay.
Questions and concerns were brought up about a private camper for wanting to put a bus out on the property all year long. Want a set of rules done first. Still deciding on this. There will be a special meeting June 27, 2008 at 7:00 pm to discuss this.
The gravel is down for the handicap parking lot, but still needs to be finished.
The gravel is done for the roadway and campsites. We need to have a work day for planting grass seed as soon as this is all done.
There was discussion about a building a small shed for storage and also for serving beverages. This is on hold until further discussion.
A motion was made to donate monies towards a benefit for the secretaries sister.
The trail inside the village limits needs work done, the work day is scheduled for June 21, 2008
There will be notices sent out for a reminder for the ATV Club Xmas Party on July 5th and fire works.
Bob McBride mentioned that the pullers for the State Pull would like to sell the shirts themselves, they will also pick up the cost. Everyone agreed.
Bob also mentioned that because of the new eliminator, there would be extra cost, the club agreed to pay this.
Dean will work on getting the ad for the State Pull in the WATVA magazine.
Larry Smith bought a Wisconsin Flag for the ATV Property.
James Wolfgram was present, so we were able to give him his shirt, that went with his plaque. Thank you!
Tanis mentioned that we've had some bounced checks from our May event. She will take care of this.
Meeting adjourned. Next regular meeting July 11, 2008
July Club ATV Club Xmas Party
Ride leaves at 10:00 am from the property. Bring a dish to pass. Fire works at dusk.
Also at the July meeting are our elections. We need some new people, so come to the meeting.
